Параметры:
serial – порядковый номер подчинённого процесса очереди
error – происшедшая ошибка
nbusy – число занятых подчинённых процессов

This event can only occur in exclusive mode. The query coordinator signals the Query Slaves that an error has occurred.

Wait Time: Wait up to 0.5 seconds

error - the error that occurred
