Время ожидания: 5 секундное пробуждение (проверка) или таймер канала, установленный пользователем
Параметры:
handle address – указатель на объект библиотечного кэша для канала
buffer length – длина записи или буфера, который был помещён в канал
timeout – таймер канала установленный пользователем

The session waits for the channel timer to expire before sending a message or allocating space in the channel.

Timeout: 5 second wake up (check) or user defined channel timer
Options:
handle address - pointer to the library cache object for the channel
buffer length - the length of the record or buffer that was placed on the pipe
timeout - channel timer set by the user
